Shipping Information
The total cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout for your convenience. Your item(s) will be shipped via CTT, and delivery is estimated to take 5–7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive information to monitor your delivery status. If the item is not as described, we will refund the shipping fees and cover the cost of return shipping. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return-shipping fees.

Below is our return and refund policy to guide you through any concerns you may have. Returns We accept returns under the following conditions: -The card deck must be returned in its original, unused condition with all components intact. -Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. -Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method maximum within 15 days of return approval. If your return is due to a defect or incorrect order, we will also refund your original shipping cost. Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged card deck, we are happy to replace it.
